A prenatal massage is a full body massage designed for women, the entire process is designed to promote wellness during pregnancy. During the 60 to 90 minute sessions, every step is taken to ensure a positive, healthy experience for mothers. This massage is done in a side-lying position and you will be securely propped with pillows.
