I completed my education at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2008, marking the beginning of my journey in the health and wellness field. My dedication to staying updated with the latest treatments reflects my passion for continual education. Specializing in diverse modalities like prenatal massage therapy, postpartum massage therapy, cupping therapy, and myofascial trigger point therapy, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing. Having battled migraines, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of massage therapy inspiring my dedicated practice. Beyond the treatment room, I cherish moments with my husband and our son, finding balance through my yoga & Pilates practice.

My NYS Professional License number is 021433, and I proudly belong to the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, contributing to the growth and excellence of my profession.
