Ashley Ortiz, LMT & Co-Owner, Certified Prenatal Therapist

I started my journey in health and wellness after graduating from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2008. My career has always been driven by a commitment to continuous learning, ensuring I stay current with the latest treatments and techniques. Specializing in a range of therapeutic modalities, I offer a truly comprehensive approach to healing. I hold additional certifications in myofascial trigger point therapy, cupping therapy and prenatal/postpartum massage therapy.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the prenatal and postpartum stages, using both massage therapy and rehabilitation strategies to encourage recovery and overall wellness.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I treasure time spent with my husband and our son, finding my own balance through Yoga and Pilates. I also work at Midtown Athletic Club as a recovery coach and I am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. NYS License #021433
