I’m deeply passionate about my work and dedicated to nurturing health in an integrative way. We are remembering~ returning to practices that honor the interconnectedness of our mind, emotions, body, and Spirit. Since becoming a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist in 2010, I’ve become an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher as well as Sound Healer. My practice is a safe space built on trust and comfort where we blend Massage Therapy, Energy healing, and Sound Alchemy creating an environment to truly reclaim our nervous systems and sense of Self.
