Postpartum Massage Therapy

A postpartum massage is a full body massage that occurs within the first 12 weeks after you give birth to your baby. The treatment is done with you lying on your stomach or if you don't feel comfortable lying on your stomach just yet, you will be side-lying. If you want to be side lying mention this in the notes section when you book your appointment. This deeply relaxing postpartum massage melts away muscle tension leaving you feeling more energized & balanced. Some of the benefits of a postpartum massage:
• Relieves soreness and muscle tension from labor
• Provides deep relaxation
• Reduces weakness & fatigue
• Eases lower back and pelvic pain
• Increases blood circulation & stimulates the lymph system
• Reduces stress & anxiety
